The registration fee is $70 per child with a family maximum of $140. Team shirts will be provided.

2. A copy of each child's birth certificate (if born in 2001 or earlier) if this is their first year in the program

The registration deadline is February 28, 2010. Add $10 late fee per family if submitted after the deadline.
