The registration fee is $60 per child with a family maximum of $120. Team shirts will be provided.

If you wish to register, please complete and mail the following items to the address below:

1. Registration form
2. A copy of each child's birth certificate (if born in 2000 or earlier) if this is their first year in the program
3. The registration fee. Please make checks payable to: Mendham Magic Track and Field

The registration deadline is February 28, 2009. Add $10 late fee per child if submitted after the deadline.
